The Stair Unit is lifted by a forklift into the area where it is to be installed, there are two channels on the underside for the forks to go into. Then the Stair Unit is lifted manually by 2 people, over to the void area, before being lifted up into place. With one person standing at either side, the Stair Unit is carefully lifted from the front and onto the upper level, then if required the two legs at the bottom can be adjusted.
