Using the new head, you need to firstly pin the head and foot plate to the leg unit. When using the mark 1 system the head plate is already attached to the leg unit (no footplate is needed). Starting in one corner of the room, stand up 2 legs, angled towards the wall. Lift the full panel into the head of the leg units, making sure you have another 2 legs within reaching distance, now put the other 2 legs under the panel to support the deck, again angle the legs slightly towards the wall. To make sure the legs do not fall, you should lean a full panel against the first 2 legs to keep the panel pushed against the wall.
Note: When using the mark 1 complete leg unit you MUST have all the heads running parallel with the wall.

Now take another panel and lift one end of the panel into the heads of the first panel, again making sure that you have 2 legs within reaching distance. Put the next 2 legs under the 2nd panel to support the deck. Continue this procedure of erecting the decks in one direction until you come to the end of the room.
Note: You must have a full panel in all 4 corners of the room. VIEW ANIMATED ERECTION GUIDE
Erect the second row of panels in the same direction as the first row. All heads must be rotated 90º alternatively on each row. Continue this process until the room is fully decked out. VIEW ANIMATED ERECTION GUIDE
Once the room is completely decked the safety pins need to be fixed through the head and panels to secure the legs. Check that all the legs are upright and plumb. VIEW ANIMATED ERECTION GUIDE
Where possible the entire room should be protected by using full panels and half panels, leaving no gaps or areas uncovered. Where this is not possible the remaining gap (less than 0.5m) can be covered by using make up panels. if make up panels are being used then these should be installed as each row is erected & the cam straps tightened. Secure the make up panels by using the cam
straps provided, making sure that when the straps are tightened, the straps pull the decks against the walls.
Reverse the installation process for dismantling. VIEW ANIMATED ERECTION GUIDE
